Filming Prep

 Confirming Talent:

The talent we are planning on having perform is Chloe, Oscar, Tait and T. Meggan. However the combination of the people we need to film at certain times does not line up in terms of availability. Kevin, Oscar and I all go to the same school, but do not share the same study breaks, Chloe is at university and has work, so we will need to see when she is available. Ethan and Amy both work as well so it's a similar situation to Chloe. We have changed this to Teacher Meggan and Tait and are planning on filming it later - either the week after we film the performance footage or in the holidays, which allows us to film and edit the footage we have first, and confirms our talent as this scene was one that we really wanted to have.

Since the main location we are filming at is the Church Sanctuary, we need to book in advance in order to be able to use the space as people are filming in there throughout the day. Wednesdays are unavailable as filming for kids ministry is happening as well as Wednesday night prayer, which volunteers and workers are there early for, eliminating filming then. On Fridays, Kevin finishes at 1:20pm, but I finish at 3:40pm. Additionally, there is a youth/young adults programme in the evening, which our talent goes to, so we can't film then either.

This Saturday, both Chloe, Kevin and I have commitments as well as Sunday, as there is also Church services occurring in the Sanctuary.

Any filming we need to do needs to be outside of school hours, as none of our study breaks match up, meaning we can only film after school or on Saturdays. The current plan is to have us filming on Saturday, April 2nd. Kevin and I have a commitment on Saturday evening/night which means we might not be able to film Ethan and Amy that day, since we are planning on getting a sunset shot. However, if we can't get a sunset shot, we might be able to create one in after effects by adding the background, using the video below.
